Thank you all for giving a lecture at the Coastal Emergency Medicine Conference. It was a great meeting and another year of record attendance!
Please see our speaker reimbursement form below. Please fill out this form in order to get reimbursed for your travel to and from the meeting.
For everyone that stayed through our room block, your allotted number of nights should have been taken off your bill when you checked out. If you see any issues, please let us know.
REMINDER: Transportation reimbursement will be capped at $400, unless prior approval is obtained from CEMC. If you are staying in one of the villas, your room rate and tax will be put directly to our master account and should be noted on your bill when you check out.
*Mileage will be reimbursed at the current Government Standard Reimbursement Rate.
